Course overview

This Agile training combines leadership skills with practical frontend skills, enabling participants to apply Agile methods and HTML/CSS techniques directly in product teams. Agile This program integrates Agile Leadership, Scrum Leadership, and practical frontend knowledge (HTML, CSS, SASS, Bootstrap) into a comprehensive Agile training. Participants learn how leadership works in self-organized teams, how to design decision-making spaces, and how to technically implement design specifications in clean HTML and CSS templates. Agile, Scrum, and Leadership are content-wise intertwined with frontend topics so that decisions about product value, risk, and pace directly influence technical quality and delivery. The learning progression moves from fundamentals to deepening: Initially, the focus is on the principles of Agile Leadership and Scrum Agile Leadership, promoting self-organization, defining areas of responsibility, and leadership as context design. Building on this, participants deepen techniques to identify organizational bottlenecks, reduce handovers, and accelerate lead times. Concurrently, HTML course and CSS course content is taught, ranging from semantic HTML to the box model to Flexbox & Grid. This creates a continuous connection between team decisions and technical implementation. Practical frontend skills: In the HTML CSS course, participants learn structured HTML5 documents, semantic elements, accessibility principles, and SEO basics. In the CSS course, selectors, cascade, inheritance, responsive design with media queries, and layout techniques with Flexbox and Grid are practiced. SASS/SCSS concepts such as variables, mixins, and partials enhance maintainability; in the SASS Bootstrap training, Bootstrap 5 utilities and components are adapted to create modular, responsive interfaces. The frontend course offering prepares for further integrations (JS, CMS). Methodology and applications: Exercises, real templates, and a final project anchor the learning content. Participants develop a complete responsive website with Bootstrap and SASS while simultaneously practicing Scrum practices: sprint planning, review, retrospective, and removing obstacles. Decision-making workshops demonstrate how Agile Leadership makes decisions visible, verifiable, and embeds responsibility in teams.
