Course overview

Objective "Agile Scrum and Design Thinking" combines two methods of modern product development: Agile Scrum as a framework for iterative development and Design Thinking as a user-centered innovation method. This training shows how Agile Scrum and Design Thinking can be combined in practice to develop products. The course is aimed at Product Managers and Project Managers who want to make their work more agile and user-centered. The seminar integrates AI tools and demonstrates how AI supports Agile Scrum processes and Design Thinking workshops. Content (Selection) Agile Scrum Basics: Roles, Events & Artifacts Design Thinking as a user-centered innovation method Combining Agile Scrum and Design Thinking in practice Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement & Sprint Review with Agile Scrum Design Thinking Phases: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test Prototyping & User Testing in Agile Scrum cycles Integrating AI tools in Agile Scrum & Design Thinking workshops Retrospectives & continuous improvement in the Agile Scrum team Scaling Agile Scrum in larger product organizations Agile Scrum & Design Thinking in a remote context Methodology This training is workshop-oriented: Agile Scrum and Design Thinking are experienced through practical exercises, not just taught. Real product development scenarios form the basis for all exercises. AI tools are used in workshops and Agile Scrum sprints.
