Course overview

Objectives of the Training The focus of the Agile Project Management training is to impart knowledge and skills in the area of agile project methods. The course covers the principles of agile project management and the application of creative working methods that enable flexible and dynamic project implementation. A central component is Process Management with Scrum, which addresses the iterative and incremental development of projects. Additionally, project management with PRINCE2® is covered, which emphasizes structured and controlled project processes. The training includes both theoretical and methodological content that connects the various approaches of agile project management. The goal is to create a fundamental understanding of the different methods and their application possibilities to manage projects. Content of the Training The training content is available in English. The training can also be completed in German. Agile Project Management Basics of agile methods in project management Traditional and agile approaches to project management Agile project management with Scrum Agile project management with Kanban Implementation of Agile in the company Expansion of Agile across the entire company Project: Agility and Creative Working Methods The focus is on the knowledge of the necessity of introducing agility and creative working methods in companies. Topics include the basics of agility, the process models of creativity, and the various types of thinking tools depending on the required thinking skills in the context of finding solutions to meet customer needs. Based on practical contributions from companies that have already introduced and successfully live agility, the success-relevant and success-critical parameters are highlighted.
