Agile Project Management: Kanban, Scrum Master, and Scrum Product Owner

Course overview

This training combines Kanban Foundation as a visual method of work management with the two central Scrum roles of Scrum Master and Product Owner for work in agile project management. The Kanban part focuses on Kanban boards, WIP limits, and the pull principle, while the Scrum Master part conveys the role as a servant leader as well as agile planning and control. The Product Owner part complements this with the responsibility for the Product Backlog and value creation in the agile environment. The length of the training depends on the composition of the course modules and individual prior knowledge. Kanban Foundation o Kanban Board: Visualizing workflows and structuring tasks in columns o WIP Limits: Limiting parallel work to avoid overload and increase focus o Pull Principle: Independently managing workflow and reducing multitasking o Work Management: Identifying bottlenecks and continuously improving lead times o Exam Preparation and Certification: Kanban Foundation Scrum Master o Role of the Scrum Master: Supporting the team as a servant leader and removing obstacles o Agile Planning and Control: Applying estimation, planning, monitoring, and control in sprints o Complex Projects and Introduction of Agile: Transferring and anchoring agile principles to larger projects o Exam Preparation and Certification: Agile Scrum Master Scrum Product Owner o Role of the Product Owner: Responsibilities, decision-making authority, and collaboration with the team o Product Backlog: Managing the creation, maintenance, and prioritization of the Product Backlog o Complex Projects: Applying agile principles to extensive and multifaceted projects o Value Creation: Ensuring benefits for customers and companies through agile approaches o Exam Preparation and Certification: Agile Scrum Product Owner Next Step: Request a non-binding consultation for individual course composition and flexible start dates.
