Introduction to the online learning format Agile Project Management with Scrum Advanced Decision-making based on the principles and values of Scrum The effective Scrum Master/Product Owner Tools of the Product Owner Implementing changes in the Scrum Team's environment Supporting the Scrum Team/organization Working with stakeholders Dealing with complexity and obstacles Moderation techniques External certification exam through scrum.org Practice project In this course, in addition to professional competencies, the use of AI tools in practical workflows will be taught (use of AI tools like ChatGPT, etc.).
