This training course provides you with the fundamentals of agile project management using Scrum. You will learn about the Scrum framework, agile roles, events, and planning methods, implement a Scrum project in a practical manner, and prepare specifically for the external certification "Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)" from Scrum.org. Content: understand the fundamentals of agile project management and the differences from traditional project management methods place the agile mindset, its principles, and the background of modern agile working methods apply the Scrum framework with roles, artifacts, events, and rules utilize Product Backlogs, User Stories, Sprints, and Burndown Charts for agile project control understand the roles of Product Owner, Scrum Master, development team, and clients, and shape collaboration conduct product, release, and sprint planning as well as set sprint goals and capacities use Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective for continuous control and improvement maintain Product Backlogs, prioritize User Stories, assess risks, and apply the Definition of Done plan, execute, and evaluate agile projects based on a practical Scrum project prepare specifically for the external certification "Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)" from Scrum.org and train for the exam requirements Perspectives: With this qualification, you can apply agile working methods in projects and teams and take on tasks in Scrum teams.
