Course overview

This full-time qualification program provides practical knowledge and skills for entering the fields of cybersecurity, information security, and IT security. Participants will learn fundamental technical competencies in IT and network security, threat detection, and the use of modern security technologies. A Security Operations Center (SOC) and a Learning Management System (LMS) are available for hands-on exercises. The educational concept combines intensive learning with practical application and specifically prepares participants for roles in Security Operations Centers and IT security consulting. Educational Goals / Learning Objectives Participants will be enabled to, securely apply and administer IT and network technologies, recognize and assess security risks and threats, practically implement security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, BSI Basic Protection), use SOC tools (SIEM, EDR, XDR) for analysis and incident response, conduct basic forensic analyses and vulnerability scans, prepare for CompTIA Security+, ISC2 CC, and ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS Foundation certifications, create application documents and professional profiles for entry into the security industry.
