Recognition as "Other Suitable Person" & "Native Speaker" in Daycare Centers

Course overview

You want to work in a daycare center but do not have a traditional qualification as an educator? The training for recognition as an "Other Suitable Person" and "Native Speaker" in Berlin daycare centers offers you the opportunity to enter childcare as a career changer without a pedagogical degree. Many individuals already bring valuable experiences and skills from other professions or life areas that are highly sought after in daycare centers. You can already work in a daycare center during the training and apply what you have learned directly in everyday life. The training is mandatory for career changers and is part of the Senate's requirements. The recognition letter also states which course you need to attend: Basic Course, Basic Course Plus, or 40-Hour Course. The choice of the appropriate course depends on your own professional prior experiences and qualifications. We will accompany you throughout the entire recognition process and support you during the training.
