AZAV-certified training for the practical application of Artificial Intelligence in professional life and for strategic use in companies. The program consists of three sequential modules: Module 1 - AI Manager: Understanding the functionality of generative AI systems, systematic prompt engineering, assessment of opportunities and risks, legal framework (EU AI Act, GDPR). Practical output: Prompt Playbook. Module 2 - AI Implementation Specialist: Identification, assessment, and prioritization of AI use cases, process analysis, economic considerations, change and acceptance management. Practical output: AI Roadmap. Module 3 - AI Automation Expert: Automation of workflows using no-code and low-code tools, agentic AI systems, integration, testing, and monitoring. Practical output: Automation Showcase. Delivery: Live online in a virtual classroom (not a self-study course), full-time. Supervised live instruction and supported practical and transfer phases. Tools used include Claude, Langdock, Microsoft Copilot, n8n, Magnific, Miro.
