Cloud Data Analyst - From Beginner to Expert

Course overview

A data analyst compresses complex data collections into information that provides added value to the company. They analyze data, present the results, and develop recommendations for action based on their analyses. Depending on the industry, they investigate different questions. For example, data analysts help assess whether an investment was successful or whether an advertising campaign achieved its intended goal. In this training, participants will learn to create databases, develop processes, and enable interfaces for quick and transparent entries into the databases. Tasks also include developing dashboards and suitable visualizations to clarify and communicate key messages from the available data. Microsoft Power BI is used to gain insights for a company using data. The data can come from various sources, such as Excel spreadsheets or databases. With Power BI, one can compile data, format it correctly, and relate it to each other using a data model. This allows the data to be analyzed, visualized in dashboards, and the results shared with others. SQL stands for Structured Query Language, which has established itself as the standard language for communication with two-dimensional, relational databases. With SQL, data tables can be created, linked, and edited. The database language acts as an interface between databases programmed in languages such as C, C++, or Java, translating external user requests into commands understandable by the database. This training consists of the following modules: Excel for Power BI and PowerPivot: Data Analysis & Visualization Modern Data Analysis with SQL Server: SQL Basics and Linking to Power BI, Power Pivot, and Azure Power BI Basics and Advanced Cloud Basics Microsoft (Azure) Cloud Data Basics (Azure Data) Analyzing Data with Microsoft Power BI Before the training begins, a consultation and possibly a placement test will take place. We will create an individual teaching and training plan for you, depending on your prior knowledge and career prospects. We will assist you in revising your application documents and in job searching during the training.
