This training course imparts specialized knowledge from various areas of Smart Repair. The focus is on the practical application of the acquired skills. Handling tools on real vehicles Repair techniques on concrete examples What is Smart Repair Smart Repair is used for the following tasks: Repair of plastic parts with appropriate color matching Correction of paint damage such as scratches Refurbishment of leather seats and other interior materials Window tinting and application of vehicle wraps Repair of dents and dings Glass repairs and replacement of damaged windows The term Smart Repair (Small to Medium Area Repair Technology) encompasses techniques used to eliminate minor damages to vehicles. These procedures focus on targeted repairs, especially in the context of vehicle preparation. The emphasis is on repairing smaller defects in various areas of the vehicle. Vehicle Wrapping Training: Content and Objectives: The teaching content includes the preparation of the vehicle substrate as well as the proper disassembly of components such as door handles and turn signals. Multi-colored wrapping techniques and cutting techniques on the paint will be taught, as well as window tinting and handling large-format wrapping films. Additionally, the techniques of wet and dry adhesion, as well as post-processing and securing critical areas, will be covered. The module on vehicle wrapping teaches techniques for applying special films to vehicles to change surfaces or their appearance. Care is taken to ensure precise application of the film to achieve optimal surface alteration. In this training, participants will be introduced to the various steps of car wrapping.
