This training course covers IT disciplines from Industry 4.0. It provides knowledge on programming industrial systems. Control and configuration of industrial systems Acquisition of certifications in various IT areas IT in Industry 4.0 Training The IT applications in Industry 4.0 include the management and development of networks and databases, as well as the use of automation technologies and robotics. Additionally, controlling and programming industrial systems and developing security concepts for IT systems are central areas of responsibility. Furthermore, the implementation of digital twins and cyber-physical systems in industrial processes is addressed. Basics of IT Teaching Content Definition of important terms from IT Technical and physical fundamentals Basics of Programming: Fundamentals of software development using Python and Raspberry Pi as examples Syntax, objects and classes, control structures (conditions, loops) Development environment (VS Code, PyCharm, Jupyter Notebook) Basics of Operating Systems in Industry Hardware setup with EPLAN Configuring devices and networks Variables, data types, and data blocks Requirements for Participation Basic interest in IT and industrial processes A completed vocational training, an IT degree, or a corresponding qualification adjustment; or a passed aptitude test Language level B1 in German
