The focus is on the application of automation technologies and artificial intelligence to optimize logistics operations. Participants will learn to efficiently apply digital skills in logistics. Module 1: Introduction to Logistics Module 2: Digital Skills in Logistics Module 3: Introduction to AI-Supported Automated Goods Receipt Module 4: Basics of Control Technology Introduction to Logistics and Control Understanding logistics systems: Basic concepts, core functions, and the role of logistics in industrial value chains. Material and information flows: Basic knowledge of logistics networks and control mechanisms in the Industry 4.0 environment. Organization & Control: Strategic planning of transports, container management, and load carriers. Digital technologies: Introduction to logistics software, automation solutions, and data analytics including digital twins. Digital Skills in Logistics Digital planning tools: Use of software for project structuring, scheduling, and resource management. Virtual collaboration: Effective communication and coordination via digital platforms. Project monitoring: Use of dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting for control. Supply chain reference: Application of digital methods for complex logistics and IT projects. Introduction to AI-Supported Automated Goods Receipt Artificial intelligence: Use of machine learning and image analysis for goods identification and inspection. Process automation: Integration into warehouse management systems and ERP to minimize manual interventions. Anomaly detection: Real-time monitoring for automatic error and deviation detection. Practical examples: Implementation in modern goods receipt facilities and best practice methods.
