The course "Supply Chain Excellence - Purchasing and Logistics for Employees in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management" provides practical knowledge for optimizing and managing integrated purchasing and logistics processes along the entire value chain. The goal is to develop a holistic understanding of the interconnections between purchasing, materials management, and logistics, and to systematically implement measures for efficiency enhancement. At the beginning, the fundamentals of Supply Chain Management are covered.
