Presentations: Preparation and delivery of presentations and talks in English before an international audience. 4. Preparing and organizing meetings: Planning and organizing business meetings with international participants. 5. Moderating meetings: Moderating meetings and discussions in English to ensure effective communication and collaboration. 6. Taking minutes: Creating minutes and summaries of meetings and discussions in English. 7. Conversations with international customers: Conducting conversations and customer discussions in English to understand customer needs and respond appropriately. 8. Intercultural communication (English-speaking countries): Understanding cultural differences and customs in English-speaking countries to ensure effective communication and collaboration. 9. Small talk: Mastery of small talk skills in English to engage in informal conversations with international customers and business partners. 10. Commercial correspondence with international customers: Writing business correspondence, such as offers, invoices, contracts, etc., in English for international customers. 11. International communication: Adapting communication to different cultural and linguistic backgrounds to avoid misunderstandings and ensure clear communication. 12. There is also the option to take the international English exam TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) to certify the language level.
