Course overview

This course provides knowledge in the area of agile project management with Scrum and prepares for the final exam for the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I). Additionally, you will be prepared for the exam as a "Certified Financial Accountant". Course contents: Certified Financial Accountant The rules, principles, and roles in Scrum Processes, usage possibilities, and fundamentals Planning, goal definition, and team development Agile practices and examples Legalities, typical problems, and organization Time, self, and stress management for project managers Leadership and personnel responsibility This training can be individually combined with our other courses. The duration depends on the selected modules.
