This training course covers the individual disciplines in the area of Smart Repair, providing and applying repair knowledge. Focus on the application of repair techniques Handling tools on real vehicles What is Smart Repair Smart Repair is used for the following tasks: Repair of plastic parts with appropriate color matching Correction of paint damage such as scratches Detailing of leather seats and other interior materials Window tinting and application of vehicle wraps Repair of dents and dings Glass repairs and replacement of damaged windows The term Smart Repair (Small to Medium Area Repair Technology) encompasses techniques used to eliminate minor damages on vehicles. These methods focus on targeted restoration, especially within the framework of vehicle detailing. The emphasis is on repairing smaller defects in various areas of the vehicle. Vehicle Detailing Training: Content and Objectives: The module covers topics such as ceramic sealing for surfaces and the repair of scratches through sanding and polishing techniques. Methods of dry ice cleaning for treating sensitive areas, as well as paint preparation and hologram-free polishing, are taught. Additionally, interior repairs on upholstery, leather, and plastic, stone chip repair with subsequent UV clear coat sealing, and the detailing of headlights and other plastic parts are addressed. The vehicle detailing training imparts knowledge and practical skills for the care and repair of vehicles. The focus is on comprehensive processing of interior and exterior areas, including cleaning and maintenance.
