The training at the Eifel-Mosel Education Center aims to effectively prepare participants for their future leadership roles. Leaders in nursing have a guarantee position in the planning and execution of professional care, thereby making not only an existential contribution to fulfilling the company's mission but also to fulfilling a societal mission. The training at the Eifel-Mosel Education Center actively supports participants in developing a professional understanding of leadership. The successfully completed advanced training in "Leading and Managing a Care or Functional Unit in Acute and Long-Term Care" enables leaders to comprehensively and effectively perform management and leadership tasks in accordance with the recognized state of nursing science and other relevant scientific findings. Leaders encounter complex management and leadership tasks with situation-adapted action competence. They feel competent to handle differentiated leadership and management situations in a solution-oriented manner. They master a wide repertoire of leadership tools/methods and apply these in a situation-related manner.
