Course overview

Certified specialists in goods transport and logistics take on management tasks in transport companies: advising customers, preparing offers, and monitoring order processing. They develop marketing strategies, design new transport and logistics services, plan budgets, determine business metrics, and analyze cost developments. Additional tasks include tariff calculation, billing, customs documents, and permits for special transports. The training concludes with an IHK examination.
