This training course covers the individual disciplines within the field of Smart Repair, providing and applying repair knowledge. Focus on the application of repair techniques Handling tools on real vehicles What is meant by Smart Repair? Smart Repair, also known as "Small to Medium Area Repair Technology," includes methods for specifically addressing minor damages to vehicles. Repairs are carried out on surfaces and components. These techniques are primarily used in vehicle preparation, especially for treating smaller defects. Application areas of Smart Repair: Repair of plastic parts including color matching Refurbishment of leather interiors in vehicles Correction of dents and dings Paint corrections to remove scratches Glass repair and replacement of damaged windows Window tinting and vehicle wrapping Spot Repair Training: Content and Objectives The focus of this module includes color theory and shape theory as well as techniques for color matching. Procedures for cosmetic wheel repair, materials science, and environmental protection are also covered. Additionally, damage analysis and assessment, safety measures and occupational safety, as well as the use of spray guns and spray cans are included in the training content. The Spot Repair module of this training conveys the targeted repair of paint damage on vehicles. Small scratches, stone chips, and chips are treated locally by precisely sanding, painting, and polishing the affected area.
