Everyday Companions - Fundamentals of Care This course provides an introduction to the fields of everyday companionship for individuals without prior caregiving knowledge. Participants will acquire basic knowledge to support people in need of assistance in their daily lives. The content covers both basic caregiving knowledge and communication with seniors. Fundamentals of Everyday Companionship Definition and areas of responsibility of everyday companionship Distinction between care and medical nursing Legal foundations and confidentiality obligations 2. Basic Care Knowledge Support with basic personal hygiene Fundamentals of hygiene and infection protection Assistance with mobility and positioning 3.
