HR Digitalization and Project Management with Scrum Methods

Course overview

This course provides knowledge in the area of HR digitalization and project management using Scrum methods. The focus is on the digitalization of personnel-related work processes as well as the planning, organization, and implementation of projects using agile methods. In the area of HR digitalization, fundamental processes of modern personnel management and digital work and administrative processes are addressed. This includes, among other things, the organization of personnel-related information, the structuring of workflows, and digital communication and administrative processes in human resources. Additionally, the basics of agile project management with Scrum are taught. Participants will learn methods for planning, controlling, and implementing projects. This includes, among other things, Scrum, agile working methods, team organization, task management, and communication and coordination processes within project groups. Furthermore, the course covers digital collaboration, documentation of work processes, and organizational requirements for data protection, data security, and structured handling of digital applications.
