Course overview

Goals of the Continuing Education The focus of the continuing education in Real Estate Management and Project Management is on imparting knowledge and skills in the areas of real estate economics and project control. The content includes basic business principles as well as specific knowledge in real estate management, which is deepened in two successive parts. Another emphasis is on real estate law, particularly contract and property law, to understand legal frameworks. Additionally, methods of project management relevant for planning and executing projects are covered. Collaborative work is also addressed to promote teamwork.
