Course overview

Goals of the Training The focus of the training in Real Estate Management and Project Management is on imparting knowledge and skills in the areas of real estate economics and project control. The content includes fundamental business principles as well as specific knowledge in real estate management, which is deepened in two consecutive parts. Another emphasis is on real estate law, particularly contract and property law, to understand legal frameworks. Additionally, methods of project management relevant for planning and executing projects are covered. Collaborative work is also addressed to promote teamwork.
