IT Project Management

Course overview

In the training program for IT Project Managers, you will learn to plan, manage, and successfully complete IT projects. You will deepen your knowledge of project organization, resource, schedule, and cost planning, as well as risk management, applying this knowledge to realistic practical examples. Traditional project methods will be combined with agile approaches (e.g., Scrum). You will enhance your communication skills with stakeholders and external service providers and gain insights into IT service management, DevOps, compliance, and sustainability.
