IT Project Manager: Scrum Master and DevOps

Course overview

This training combines the agile role of the Scrum Master with the fundamentals of DevOps Foundation. The Scrum part focuses on the role as a Servant Leader as well as agile planning and control, while DevOps Foundation conveys core principles, automation with CI/CD, and collaboration between development and operations. This creates a practical overview of agile team leadership and modern DevOps culture. The length of the training depends on the composition of the course modules and individual prior knowledge. Agile Scrum Master o Responsibilities and commitments of the Scrum Master role as team coach and mediator o Removal of obstacles and conflict management in the team using the Scrum method o Interaction with Product Owner and development team in Scrum o Agile estimation, planning, and monitoring with story points and burndown charts o Scaling agile projects in complex project environments using Scrum o Exam preparation and certification: Agile Scrum Master DevOps Foundation o Core principles: the three ways of DevOps and their significance for development and operations o Automation: CI/CD, cloud, containers, and DevOps toolchains o Culture and collaboration: operational models, metrics, and continuous development within the team o Exam preparation and certification: DevOps Foundation Next step: Request a non-binding consultation for individual course composition and flexible start dates.
