Course overview

An AI officer is the central point of contact for the use of AI in the company. The focus is on coordinating AI activities, advising departments, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. Role and Responsibilities of the AI Officer - Build and maintain an overview of AI applications in the company - Serve as a point of contact for questions regarding AI use - Facilitate collaboration with data protection, IT, and management Guidelines and Responsibilities The use of AI requires clear responsibilities and understandable rules. - Contribute to and communicate internal guidelines for AI usage - Keep legal requirements in mind and categorize them - Fulfill documentation obligations for AI applications Building Competence in the Company - Identify training needs of the departments - Convey knowledge about AI tools in a target group-oriented manner - Organize experience exchange between departments This training prepares participants for the role of central AI contact person in the company.
