Objective and Content This training program combines three courses to provide project managers and IT professionals with comprehensive knowledge in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI), DevOps, and agile project management. The course "AI for Project Managers" focuses on the application of AI for decision-making in projects, the use of foundation models and open-source AI tools, as well as the implementation and ethical considerations of AI projects. The course "DevOps Foundation" teaches the fundamentals and practices of DevOps, including culture, collaboration, continuous everything, version control, configuration management, and DevSecOps. The course "Agile Project Management in Practice" concentrates on the application of project management software such as Trello, Microsoft Planner, and Jira.
