AI for Project Managers, DevOps Foundation, and Coaching for Project Management Course Objectives This training program provides comprehensive knowledge and skills in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in project management, DevOps practices, and project management coaching. It aims to empower project managers and aspiring coaches to apply AI-supported tools and methods, establish agile and efficient IT development processes, and successfully guide teams through change processes. Course Content The course "AI for Project Managers" covers the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, its applications in project management, foundation models, and open-source AI tools. Topics such as the implementation of AI projects, ethical, data protection, and legal frameworks, as well as the evaluation of AI solutions will be discussed. Additionally, soft skills such as communication, leadership, and change management in the context of AI projects will be taught. An excursion into project management and an additional topic on working with ChatGPT will round off this part. The course "DevOps Foundation" introduces the principles and practices of DevOps, including the cultural-philosophical approach, its emergence, and reasons for its use. Central DevOps practices such as version control, configuration management, and the deployment pipeline will be covered. Value stream, Continuous Everything, and the definition of done are further topics. The course also highlights anti-patterns, service management as an enabler, metrics and KPIs, the interplay with Scrum and Lean/Kanban, as well as DevSecOps. The integration of AI into DevOps, including GenAI and AIOps, will also be addressed. The course "Coach for Project Management" focuses on human-centered project management, communication techniques, team dynamics, and change processes. Coaching as a conversation technique, decentralized decision-making, emotional dynamics in the project team, crisis and conflict management, as well as motivation enhancement are central components.
