Course overview

Upon completion of the training, you will have the fundamentals for setting up and integrating AI assistants into existing systems as well as for using AI tools in everyday office tasks. Additionally, you will be able to apply prompt engineering methods and continuously monitor and improve AI applications. Configuration of your own GPTs and AI assistants (OpenAI, Claude) Setting up knowledge databases and retrieval-augmented generation Integration of AI assistants into existing systems and AI use in customer service Application of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI tools for everyday office tasks Prompt engineering techniques, including chain-of-thought prompting and bias management
