Course overview

Objective The training program imparts knowledge on the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in project management and everyday work, as well as the fundamentals of DevOps. The goal is to enable more effective project design and optimization of work processes through the use of AI tools and agile methods. Content The training is divided into three thematic focuses: **AI for Project Managers:** * Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and its applications in project management. * Introduction to Foundation Models and open-source AI tools. * Integration of AI into everyday project work, including implementation strategies and evaluation of AI solutions. * Ethical, data protection, and legal frameworks for the use of AI. * Development of soft skills for communication, leadership, and change management in AI projects. * Application examples for working with ChatGPT and the legal aspects of AI usage. * An excursion on project management complements the content. **DevOps Foundation Fast Track:** * Fundamentals, values, and principles of DevOps as well as agile concepts. * Culture, stakeholder management, and collaboration in the DevOps environment. * Agile methods, service management, and the role of DevOps in IT organizations. * Central DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Deployment. * Testing methods, quality assurance, and the holistic approach of Continuous Everything. * Containers, microservices, open-source technologies, and lean thinking. * Metrics, KPIs, performance measurement, change management, and resilience. * Innovative practices such as ChatOps and experiments. * Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks. * Value stream analysis, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing. * In-depth excursions on topics such as automation strategies, The Three Ways, ChatOps, DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). **AI in Everyday Work:** * Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, technological concepts, and application architectures. * Importance of data quality and management for AI applications. * Legal frameworks, including the AI Acts. * Use cases of AI in everyday work, presentation of AI tools and software solutions. * Support for project management through AI. * Change management and organizational change through AI implementation. * Risks, challenges, and ethical aspects in dealing with AI. * Future trends and continuous development in the field of AI.
