AI for Project Managers, DevOps, and Agile Coaches

Course overview

Objective The training program provides comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in the areas of Artificial Intelligence for project managers, DevOps, and agile coaching. It aims to empower participants to integrate AI-supported decision-making into projects, apply DevOps principles to accelerate IT processes, and lead teams to peak performance as agile coaches. Content The program consists of three thematically coordinated courses: AI for Project Managers* This course covers the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and its specific applications in project management. Topics include working with foundation models and open-source AI tools, integrating AI into everyday project work, implementing AI projects, as well as ethical, data protection, and legal frameworks. Additionally, the evaluation of AI solutions and necessary soft skills for AI projects, such as communication, leadership, and change management, are addressed. An excursion into project management and an additional topic on working with ChatGPT complement the content. DevOps Foundation Fast Track* The course introduces the key terms and concepts of DevOps. It covers the introduction to DevOps and agile concepts, DevOps values, principles, culture, and behavior, as well as stakeholder collaboration. Agile methods, service management, roles, toolchains, and central DevOps practices such as continuous integration, delivery, and deployment are explained. Other topics include testing methods, quality assurance, containers, microservices, lean thinking, metrics, and performance measurement. Change management, resilience, scaled agile frameworks, innovative practices like ChatOps, and value stream analysis for continuous improvement are also part of the course. Agile Coach Certificate* This course teaches the fundamentals of agility, agile values, and provides an overview of agile frameworks. It focuses on the application of agility between strategy and operational work. Communication techniques, questioning techniques, and conflict management in an agile environment are trained. The coaching mindset, the role of the Agile Coach, leadership in agile organizations, and systemic interventions in the agile context are further central components. Learning Objectives Upon completion of the training program, participants will be able to: Utilize AI tools and methods to optimize project decisions and processes. Understand and apply the principles and practices of DevOps to enhance the efficiency and speed of IT development and operations. Support and lead agile teams to peak performance through coaching, moderation, and conflict management. Consider the ethical and legal aspects of working with AI.
