AI Project Management and Automation Course Objective The training provides knowledge and skills for the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in project management and process automation. The focus is on the integration of AI technologies to optimize decision-making processes, increase efficiency, and unlock new innovation potentials. Fundamentals of AI, specific applications in project management, automation strategies, as well as ethical and legal frameworks will be taught. Content The course "AI for Project Managers" covers the introduction to Artificial Intelligence, AI applications in project management, foundation models and open-source AI tools, the use of AI in everyday project work, the implementation of AI projects, as well as ethical, data protection, and legal aspects. Topics such as the evaluation of AI solutions and soft skills for AI projects, including communication, leadership, and change management, will also be covered. An excursion into project management and working with ChatGPT, as well as legal frameworks for AI usage, complement the content. The course "AI and Automation" introduces the fundamentals of AI and automation, highlights their history and development, as well as key technologies. Content includes the automation project, Make.com foundations, automation basics in data management, documentation of workflows, troubleshooting, and automation of reports. An excursion into data as the foundation of AI systems, the implementation of AI solutions in practice, large language models (LLMs), and AI in process automation will also be addressed, along with case studies, best practices, and future trends. The course "AI Manager" teaches the integration and management of artificial intelligence in everyday work. Content includes fundamentals of AI, generative AI (language, image, sound), AI applications in everyday work, additional language models and application examples, open-source vs. proprietary AI solutions, as well as working with image, video, and sound AI. Furthermore, the planning and implementation of AI projects, security and ethics in AI, and the changes in the workplace due to AI will be discussed. An overview of critical thinking, its indispensability in AI management, and tools for it will also be covered. Excursions into blockchain and working with image, video, and sound AI round off the offering.
