Objective The training program provides comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in the areas of DevOps and AI management. Additionally, topics such as containerization, microservices, lean thinking, and the significance of metrics for performance measurement are explained. Innovative practices like ChatOps, Dojo, and experiments, as well as frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, are introduced. The module concludes with the practical application of DevOps principles and the consideration of DevSecOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). AI Management: Compliance and Governance This module focuses on the management of Artificial Intelligence (AI) while considering regulatory standards and risks. It covers the fundamentals of AI governance and compliance, guiding principles for the responsible use of AI, as well as specific regulatory requirements and standards. Emphasis is placed on risk analysis and risk management for AI systems, the establishment of compliance management systems, and governance structures. Topics such as data management, data security, technical compliance controls, and supplier management are addressed. Furthermore, audits, internal controls, qualification development, crisis management, and sustainability aspects in the AI field are discussed. The course concludes with the integration of AI compliance into corporate strategy and lessons learned for practical implementation.
