AI Officer and Project Management Course Objective The training provides knowledge and skills for the strategic management and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in companies. The focus is on the role of the AI Officer, who assesses the opportunities and risks of AI applications and ensures their responsible use. Additionally, competencies in communication and conflict management for project managers are deepened to ensure the successful implementation of AI projects. Content The training is divided into two main modules. The AI Officer module covers an introduction to the role, relevant EU legislation such as the EU AI Act, ethical guidelines, as well as risk management and compliance. Furthermore, data protection, data security, transparency, and traceability of AI models are addressed. The implementation of audit and certification processes, use cases and best practices from practice, as well as documentation and reporting in AI projects are further components. The module concludes with stakeholder management, communication in the AI environment, training and awareness programs, change management, and implementation strategies. The evaluation of AI systems using metrics and performance analysis, as well as future perspectives in AI management and the importance of critical thinking, including relevant tools, round off the offering. The Communication and Conflict Management module for project managers focuses on basic and advanced communication skills in the project context. Conflict management as a key competence for project leaders is also addressed.
