AI Management: Prompt Engineering and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer Course Objectives This training program imparts knowledge in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) management, particularly in prompt engineering, as well as the competencies for implementing and maintaining an Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO 27001. Course Content The course "AI Management: Prompt Engineering" covers the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and language models. It conveys the principles of AI management and prompt engineering. A key component is the development of effective prompts considering structure and language choice, as well as defining goals and tasks in prompt engineering. Techniques for contextualization and detailing are also addressed. Additionally, excursions on the topics of "hallucination" in AI and "image prompting" are offered. The course "ISO 27001 Lead Implementer" introduces the ISO 27001 standard and the initiation of an ISMS. Content includes planning and implementing an ISMS, engaging with relevant standards and regulatory frameworks, as well as monitoring, continuous improvement, and preparation for the certification audit. Fundamental concepts and principles of information security are explained. The topics of ISO 27001 chapters 4-10 are covered, including leadership and project approval, defining the ISMS scope, organizational structure, analysis of the existing system, information security policy, risk management, and statement of applicability (SoA). Furthermore, the selection and design of measures, document control, communication, management of security operations, monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation, internal audit, as well as management review and handling of non-conformities are addressed.
