Course overview

This training in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and PRINCE2 Foundation combines the fundamentals of artificial intelligence with the basic principles of structured project management. The PRINCE2 part focuses on the seven principles, key practices such as Business Case, Risk, and Quality, as well as the seven project processes. The AI part conveys basic concepts, historical development, ethical aspects, machine learning, and the handling of data and generative AI. Both areas are interconnected, creating a solid foundational knowledge for project management and digitalization.
