Course overview

Objective The training program provides comprehensive knowledge on the application and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in a professional context. It addresses both the technological foundations and the strategic and organizational aspects of AI deployment. The goal is to enable participants to analyze AI potentials, design and execute AI projects, and manage the associated organizational change. Content The training is divided into two main areas. The first part, "AI in Everyday Work," introduces the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, technological concepts, and application architectures. Key topics include data as the basis of AI, legal frameworks including the AI Act, and various applications of AI in everyday work, including project management and change management. An overview of AI tools and software solutions, as well as risks, challenges, and future trends, rounds off this part. The second part, "AI Consultant," focuses on consulting in the field of AI. Content includes an introduction to AI consulting, analysis of companies' AI readiness, identification of AI potentials, and design of AI pilot projects. Topics such as data strategy, infrastructure, change management, and success measurement are covered. In-depth excursions address specific tools and platforms such as Flowise, API integrations, Azure-based AI applications, and self-hosted internal AI applications. Preparing management presentations and analyzing AI in German companies are also part of the curriculum.
