AI for Project Managers, DevOps Foundation, and Programming with Artificial Intelligence. Objective of the Training. This training combines three courses to provide professionals with comprehensive knowledge in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in project management, DevOps practices, and programming with AI. The content is designed to empower project managers and IT professionals to use AI tools to enhance project efficiency, optimize agile development processes through DevOps, and independently develop AI-driven software solutions. The training is divided into the following topics: • AI for Project Managers* • Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and its applications in project management. • Use of foundation models and open-source AI tools in everyday project work. • Implementation of AI projects, including ethical, data protection, and legal frameworks. • Evaluation of AI solutions and the development of soft skills for leadership and communication in AI projects. • Change management in the context of AI project implementations. • Additional topics such as working with ChatGPT and specific legal aspects of AI usage. • DevOps Foundation* • Fundamentals, principles, and cultural aspects of DevOps. • Core DevOps practices, including version control, configuration management, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). • Value stream analysis, deployment pipelines, and the importance of automation. • Service management as a supporting factor for DevOps. • Metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for measuring success. • Interaction of DevOps with agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban. • DevSecOps for the integration of security practices. • Use of Artificial Intelligence in DevOps (GenAI, AIOps) to improve flow, quality, and stability. • Dealing with typical challenges and anti-patterns in the DevOps environment. • Programming with Artificial Intelligence (AI)* • Fundamentals of software development and introduction to software development with AI. • Overview of AI concepts and relevant development environments (IDEs) such as VS Code, Cursor, and Replit. • Use of AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for programming tasks. • Basic programming concepts, version control with Git and GitHub. • Development of web applications with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, including responsive designs. • Working with APIs, databases, and authentication. • Planning and organizing coding projects incorporating AI. • Error analysis, performance optimization, and security in the web environment. • Deployment of applications and best practices for AI-driven coding in everyday life.
