AI for Project Managers, DevOps Foundation, and AI in Everyday Work Course Objectives This training program provides comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for project management, DevOps principles, and the application of AI in everyday work. The goal is to enable the use of AI-supported tools and methods to optimize projects, increase efficiency, and improve collaboration in IT teams. The content is designed to prepare project managers and IT professionals for the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation. Content The course "AI for Project Managers" covers the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, specific AI applications in project management, handling Foundation Models and open-source AI tools, as well as the implementation of AI projects. Furthermore, ethical, data protection, and legal frameworks for the use of AI are discussed, along with the evaluation of AI solutions and soft skills for leading AI projects, including communication, change management, and leadership. An excursion into project management and working with ChatGPT is also part of the module. The course "DevOps Foundation" imparts an understanding of DevOps principles, their origins, and cultural approaches. Core practices such as version control, configuration management, value stream, and the deployment pipeline are covered. The course highlights stakeholder collaboration, culture, Organizational Change Management (OCM), and Change Enablement in DevOps. Additionally, misunderstandings, anti-patterns, service management as an enabler, as well as metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are addressed. The integration of DevOps with agile methods such as Scrum and Lean/Kanban, as well as DevSecOps and the role of AI in DevOps (GenAI, AIOps) are also included. The course "AI in Everyday Work" focuses on the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, technological concepts, and application architectures. The importance of data quality and management for AI systems is explained, as well as legal frameworks, including the AI Act.
