Course overview

Objective The training program provides in-depth knowledge and practical skills in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for project management, DevOps principles and their implementation, as well as AI management with a focus on compliance and governance. The goal is to empower professionals and managers to effectively and responsibly use AI technologies and DevOps methods in projects and organizations. Content The training is divided into three main modules: AI for Project Managers • Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its fundamentals • Application areas of AI in project management • Foundation Models and Open-Source AI Tools • Integration of AI into everyday project work • Implementation of AI projects • Ethics, data protection, and legal frameworks for AI • Evaluation of AI solutions • Soft skills for AI projects, including communication, leadership, and change management • Final assignment and resource collection • Excursion: Project Management • Additional topic: Working with ChatGPT • Legal frameworks for the use of AI DevOps Foundation Fast Track • Introduction to DevOps, agile concepts, and their interplay • DevOps values, principles, culture, and behaviors • Stakeholder management and collaboration • Agile methods and service management • DevOps roles, toolchain, and collaboration • Central DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Deployment • Testing methods and quality assurance • Containers, microservices, and open-source technologies • Lean thinking and lean production • Metrics, KPIs, and performance measurement • Change management and resilience • Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks • Innovative practices such as ChatOps and experiments • Value stream analysis and continuous improvement
