Course overview

Course Objective The course provides knowledge on the integration and management of artificial intelligence in the workplace, similar to the management of employees. Participants acquire foundational knowledge about AI and various models to manage and scale these technologies as AI managers. Content The course covers an introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and generative AI formats such as language, image, and sound. Practical applications and examples of AI use in everyday work are presented. Furthermore, various language models and their application examples are explained. The differences between open-source and proprietary AI solutions are discussed, as well as working with image, video, and sound AI. The course includes planning and implementing AI projects, as well as aspects of safety and ethics in dealing with AI. The transformation of the workplace through AI ("Future of Work") is also examined, along with the importance of critical thinking in AI management. Tools and techniques for critical thinking in the AI context are introduced. An excursion deals with blockchain technology.
