Course overview

Objective The training provides knowledge and skills for the strategic integration and management of artificial intelligence (AI) in business processes and for the development of AI-based business solutions. Participants acquire the competence to manage, scale, and identify and utilize the potential of AI technologies for companies. Content The training is divided into two main courses with the following thematic focuses: AI Manager: Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and various AI models Generative AI applications in the areas of language, image, and sound Practical applications and integration of AI in everyday work Comparison of open-source and proprietary AI solutions Planning and implementation of AI projects Security aspects and ethical questions in dealing with AI Impact of AI on the world of work (Future of Work) Basics and tools of critical thinking in the AI context Excursions to specific AI application areas such as image, video, and sound AI, blockchain AI Consultant (v2.0) Fundamentals of AI consulting and corporate analysis for AI readiness Identification of AI potentials in companies Design of AI pilot projects Development of data strategies and infrastructures for AI Change management and training measures in the AI context Success measurement and scaling of AI implementations Excursions to specific tools and platforms such as Flowise, API integration, Azure-based AI applications, and self-hosted internal AI applications Preparation of management presentations Overview of AI in German companies: opportunities, limitations, and success factors Learning Objectives Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to: Understand the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and its models. Manage and scale AI technologies. Identify and evaluate use cases for AI in the business environment. Plan, design, and implement AI projects. Analyze the impact of AI on work structures and processes. Analyze companies regarding their AI readiness and uncover potentials. Develop strategies for the use of AI and the necessary infrastructure. Accompany change management processes during the introduction of AI. Define success criteria for AI projects and measure compliance. Apply critical thinking approaches in the context of AI applications. Consider security and ethical aspects in the use of AI. Career Perspectives The acquired competencies qualify for roles in management, consulting, and project management of AI initiatives.
