AI Manager Training (IHK)

Course overview

This training qualifies participants for the role of AI Manager. The program imparts in-depth knowledge about Artificial Intelligence and demonstrates how AI can be introduced, managed, and responsibly utilized in various business areas. Programming skills are not required. Content: - Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and the role of AI Manager - Successfully managing AI projects - AI tools and practical applications - Prompt Engineering and AI-supported use cases - AI agents and automations - Transformation, change management, and introduction of AI in the company - Governance, ethics, law, and responsibility in the context of AI - AI strategy in the company - Career entry and positioning as an AI Manager Target Group: - Individuals from HR, project management, IT, consulting, administration, and clerical work - Experienced professionals from commercial, administrative, technical, or management fields - Participants who wish to introduce, evaluate, or operationally use AI in their company Participation Requirements: - Prior qualification interview - PC, tablet, or laptop with a stable internet connection The training is eligible for funding through a training voucher from the Federal Employment Agency. Upon completion, participants receive an IHK certificate. Certificate: IHK.
