Implementing and managing artificial intelligence in companies The training for AI Manager covers the entire range of tasks associated with the introduction of artificial intelligence in a company: identifying application areas, evaluating tools, implementing automation and data analysis, involving employees, and leading a proprietary AI solution to deployment. You will learn to strategically assess and operationally implement AI in the company. What you will learn Technically classify machine learning, generative models, and language models such as GPT, Claude, and Gemini Create texts, images, videos, and audio with AI tools and automate content workflows Build chatbots, custom GPTs, and no-code applications for specialist departments Utilize code generation and AI assistance in software development for your own productivity Analyze tables and documents with the code interpreter, build forecasts and dashboards for decision-making Select a use case, plan, implement, document, and present an AI solution Apply data protection, EU AI Act, and governance rules for operational use Related content The course follows the path of AI implementation in the company. First, the fundamentals are established: How do machine learning and generative models work, what strengths and limitations do language models have, and how do you assess the economic viability and risks of a project? This is followed by the application areas that almost every company faces: creating content with Midjourney and language models, mapping recurring processes in an automation workflow, providing a chatbot or custom GPT for service and internal knowledge questions, and accelerating development tasks with code generation. The third block consists of data analysis and decision support - from the code interpreter to forecasting and dashboards. In the final part, you will plan and realize your own AI solution for a real use case, including governance, data protection, and involvement of the specialist department. Conclusion The training concludes with a certificate from the provider as an AI Manager.
