AI Manager

Course overview

AI Managers design AI strategies and accompany their implementation in companies. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is changing the world of work. An AI Manager develops concepts for the use of AI, plans and oversees the implementation of AI strategies, and supports employees in dealing with AI applications. This module is offered in cooperation with E-Learning Group GmbH, which provides the learning materials. In the short term, the module promotes skills for identifying AI potentials, initiating AI projects, as well as stakeholder and change management. Basic understanding of artificial intelligence: What is AI and how does AI work? Analysis of company structure and business processes AI concepts and business field development in the area of AI How do I recognize AI potentials in the company and how do I evaluate them? Prioritization of AI ideas Business model development and project management Initiation of AI projects: team, planning, resource management Stakeholder management Change management Legal and ethical aspects of AI
