Course overview

Objective The training program provides comprehensive knowledge in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and prepares participants for the successful integration of AI technologies into professional contexts. The "AI Master" course focuses on understanding and developing advanced AI applications as well as the strategic planning and implementation of AI-supported processes. The "Job Coaching - Applicant Training" course equips participants with the necessary skills for entering or re-entering the job market, including the analysis of individual strengths and the optimization of application strategies. Content The "AI Master" course covers the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, classical Machine Learning, neural networks, and Deep Learning. A focus is placed on generative AI, its functioning, and areas of application. The selection of suitable AI solutions for specific tasks and the design of AI-first strategies are discussed. Furthermore, the planning and implementation of AI-supported process optimization, the configuration of AI assistants and agent systems, as well as the integration of AI into existing processes are taught. Cyber Security in the context of AI systems, strategic AI marketing, and ethical, legal, and responsible aspects of AI development are additional components. A practical project for developing one's own AI system or an AI marketing system rounds off this part. The "Job Coaching - Applicant Training" course includes an introduction to applicant training, the analysis of strengths and potentials, and the definition of professional goals. Researching the job market, creating professional application documents, and optimizing online presence are central elements. Participants learn to build networks, master job interviews, improve body language and appearance, and deal with rejections and setbacks. Time and self-management, further education opportunities, preparation for assessment centers, and salary negotiations are also covered. Dealing with barriers such as self-doubt and stress management, as well as labor law basics and self-marketing for convincing self-presentation, are additional contents. Learning Objectives Upon completion of the training program, participants will be able to understand the fundamentals and functioning of various AI technologies.
