An AI Product Manager develops products and services with AI features. The focus is on evaluating the AI potential in the product, prioritizing features, and collaborating with development and sales. Recognizing AI potentials in the product - Identify customer problems that can be better solved with AI - Weigh the benefits of AI features against effort and risk - Position competitive offerings with AI features Making product decisions Good product work translates opportunities into prioritized features. - Formulate requirements for AI features from the user's perspective - Justify roadmap decisions in a comprehensible manner - Systematically evaluate user feedback on AI features Collaboration in the product team - Align expectations between departments, development, and sales - Establish quality criteria for AI features - Evaluate product successes based on key figures Upon completion, participants will be able to systematically further develop products with AI features.
