Course overview

The training provides practical knowledge for the targeted control of AI-supported applications and the automation of digital processes. The focus is on the methodical development of effective prompts, the integration of generative systems into existing workflows, and the structured analysis of process metrics. The goal is to use AI tools in a controlled manner, identify efficiency potentials, and make automated processes comprehensible.
