AI Trainer

Course overview

For artificial intelligence to be effectively integrated into companies, there is a need for individuals who can teach others how to work with it. This training program imparts the role of the AI Trainer: designing training sessions on AI tools, conducting them engagingly, and anchoring learning successes in everyday work. Designing AI Training Sessions - Define learning objectives based on the participants' prior knowledge and areas of responsibility - Structure content from basic prompt principles to specific use cases - Develop exercises that utilize real tasks from everyday work Conducting Engaging Training Sessions Knowledge is retained when people practice rather than just listen. - Alternate between demonstration, hands-on practice, and meaningful exchange - Manage varying levels of experience within a group - Address and contextualize reservations and concerns about AI Bringing Learning Success into Everyday Work - Provide practice tasks for after the training - Organize availability and follow-up formats for questions - Assess the impact of training sessions and further develop formats This training shows how AI knowledge can be conveyed in a way that it is actually utilized in the participants' everyday work.
